Bodybuilding Meal Plans Calories

How do i fit 6 foods per day for BodyBuilding?
Like say if you are working from 9am to 5pm, how can you easily fit in 6 foods set for bodybuilding and easily fit in the weight lifting session?
I am attempting to build muscle this will let you bodybuilding plan that needs weight lifting 3 occasions per week..and Cardio 2 occasions per week. To be able to get sufficient calories in your body to construct you have to eat 6 foods spread with the day.
If I am to become working 8/9am to 5pm, then just how can individuals foods get installed in your day? Will I must maybe allow it to be four to five foods each day?
Should be possible anyway as everybody who’s bodybuilding may have daytime jobs, therefore if anybody will easily notice me the way they manage it is always good.
