Bodybuilding/Weight Lifting Back ? Help !?
i usually train my back with around 4-5 exercises….do you think i should train lower back…middle back…and my lats in the same workout, and which workouts or exercises do you think would get my back to be the biggest possible, please help, thanks
Depends on your split routine
Personally i work back by itself so i have a big volume in my workout.
Different Variations of
- Pull ups – width (lats) … i can almost fly
- Rows – Thickness
- Deadlifts – overall
- Shrugs – Traps
etc….
I work lower back on my core day too so mainly it’s just a synergie on back day…. i may do a few hyperextentions
