Diet at the time before a bodybuilding contest.?

I am on my small a week ago before contest and wondered what’s the ultimate way a couple of days just before contest? Clearly i am likely to lower my water and sodium intake. I am only searching to make use of natural diuretics that we read are watermelon,sweet taters and asparagus. Contest is on the Saturday at 8pm.
