We’re so glad you found this article. One of the most important things that you can do for yourself in any area of your life, muscle building being no exception, is to arm your mind with knowledge from which it can make intelligent decisions regarding the direction your training, diet and supplement program is taking you. Smart choices based on facts are a huge key to meeting your goals for muscle building or anything for that matter.

Weight gain drugs or weight gain pills or injections or even many alternative supplements, plain and simple, are an unhealthy and unnecessary means to how you build muscle. “But my “gain weight diet” isn’t working”. Then something is wrong with your weight lifting diet. A proper diet for building muscle is easily the greatest area of ignorance of the muscle building process. It also requires more discipline to maintain than any other area of muscle building.

A muscle building training program only requires 3 days of training per week for about 30 – 40 minutes per time. Compare this to the Big breakfast that you should eat when you first get up and the meals you should eat all day every three hours of every day and the discipline to maintain your training regimen will seem like a cake walk.

Why many people resort to drugs and pills is because they don’t have the patience or discipline to reach their goals naturally.

Unfortunately, they are putting themselves at risk for severe health complications and long term health damage. Many serious side effects can result from taking these problems right up to and including irreversible organ damage. That is, brain, heart, liver, kidney, intestinal, etc. You need these and many other important parts of your body to live. You need them healthy and undamaged to live a good healthy life.

Fact is, learning how to properly train your muscles, how to get the right muscle building nutrients from your diet and being sure to get the proper amount of rest, will lead you to a very successful muscle building system. It is very possible to make huge gains naturally when you arm yourself with the right knowledge.

It’s not a good idea to stay too long in the gym says a consortium of renowned workout experts. In fact, you’re less likely to return to the gym if you stay for more than one hour. Additionally, you can get burned out if you’re not pumped on carbs throughout the day, something that most bodybuilders avoid in the first place. Routine is more important than maxing out to the point of passing out. Deleterious side effects can occur with a maximum workout schedule. However, it is important to differentiate between excess workout and just getting everything going at full speed.

In women, spending too much time at the gym or exercising to the point of exhaustion increases the chances of infertility three times over. It is no wonder that successful female athletes have considerable trouble starting a family.

Spending more than 45 minutes to an hour at the gym in strenuous exercise can signal the body to produce excess cortisone which can tell the body to store fat.

Furthermore, doing cardio exercise for more than 30 minutes has no use because the maximum effect of a cardio workout is achieved in the first 30 minute timespan. Interestingly, people see the need to use a more intuitive approach and exercise more than 30 minutes, but the scientific approach would have them stop at 30 minutes.

The general issue of attraction can also come up because most women that men like don’t even have a gym membership. Trying to get rid of every single pound can make a woman look artificial and unwomanly. Women tend to like men that are toned but not overly built. It is your choice how you want to appear to others, and you can sculpt your body however you choose, but it is wiser to go for more a natural look and that means spending a moderate amount of time in the gym.

Also, if you’re doing a well-planned workout schedule, then you shouldn’t need to spend an excess of time in the gym. No one should work out for more than 1 hour, and 45 minutes is preferable. Try to get a concise schedule going ahead of time so that you don’t waste time trying to figure out what to do when you’re in the gym.

If your goal is to change your physique fast, then it just doesn’t make sense to spend an excess amount of time in the gym. You should never exercise past the wall of pain and should stop as soon as your body’s natural supply of endorphins are released. Exercising past the endorphin release can deplete your body of electrolytes, glycogen, and protein to rebuild your body in the long term.

Moving can be one of the most angst-ridden tasks we face, or at least the packing portion of it. It seems like it takes forever to fill the boxes with our precious belongings. Few people look forward to packing for a move, but with a little pre-planning, a good collection of sturdy boxes and a well organized to-do list, the transition can be much smoother.

Before you start the process, try to have the extras in place: packing tape, newspapers, bubble wrap or plain newsprint for wrapping breakables, black or other colored markers, paper and pens to list contents of box.

Make sure you have important paperwork readily at hand in a bright folder or other other carrier that will not get lost in the shuffle.

Moving is the ideal time to clean the years of clutter in your life. Go through items you have had in storage for months, or even years, and be ruthless with yourself. Do you REALLY need those snow skis and boots you’ve kept for six years, even though you have no desire to strap them on again? This is only one example of what can go to the thrift store, the recycling center or even the garbage. Why move items if you are only going to store them again for months? This adds an entirely new meaning to the phrase, “Use it or lose it.”

The other best piece of advice possible is to start early. There are many ways you can get a jump on the sometimes-overwhelming job of packing to move.

Here are some tips for stress-free packing:

1. Start boxing items that will not be used for 4-6 weeks prior to the move. Stack them in the corner of one room to keep them out of the way.

2. Label each box with the contents, as well as the room it belongs to, for easy recognition during unloading. You may also want to use color a color coding system.

3. Use linens, towels or blankets to keep large breakable items safe during transportation. Be sure to label box as FRAGILE.

4. Moving companies offer plain newsprint paper for packing dishes and glassware. This saves washing after unpacking. You can also rent padding from these companies to avoid scratches on furniture.

5. Pack one box with a pot or frying pan, plates, utensils and glassware for the first meal so you can cook without having to unpack everything the first night at your new location.

6. If you have pets, finish packing one room and empty the contents. Then place your pets in that room until the commotion has subsided. This will keep them from being overly stressed. Once all your belongings are out of the house, you can place your pets in the appropriate carriers to take them to their next home.

7. Schedule your move on a weekend, or at a time where you can have an extra day or two to unpack and get settled. This will allow your stress level to be much lower and you will be able to enjoy your new surroundings.

It is also a good idea to speak to your insurance company to find out how much coverage you have for a move. Make sure you are able to make a claim for any damage to your items in case of an accident.
