All the muscle mags I see in stores are crap! They are just filled with adds for products that don’t work and probably have air brushed photos. What magazine gives you articles about real people and gives you solid truthful advice?
“Flex”, “IronMan”, “Muscle & Fitness’, “MuscleMag”, “Muscular Development” and “Planet Muscle” all have some good training advice. They do have too many ads for sure, but it’s worth looking past them to find training advice. Some men I know say they learned much from all of these magazines. Look at them all and buy the ones that have the articles most useful to you.

I have been weight training for about 6 years and train very intensely and use incrimental weights in my professional home gym. I also switch things up to trick my body and eat right, but not anywhere near the results that I am looking for. Also I get plenty of sleep and watch that I’m not over training. I would like some definate shoulder definition. Any recomendations on how to get the shoulders to pop instead of staying flat. I read an article that said shoulder definition only comes from steroid use. If so what do you recommend?

I am not a Master but i’ll share my 2 cents. to develop muscle definition, i’m sure you know the best result comes from high reps with low weights. Try to aim for 12-18 rep with your next workout. Incorporate a variety of shoulder exercise, ie shoulder press, lateral raise…etc. I recommend supplements like BSN CellMass: Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate, or similar creatine product that doesn’t cause water retention and blur definition, add a cutting agent like SAN Tight and of course low carb protein powders.
